Features and functionality may change from time to time without prior notice.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Restricting access to your account.
• Ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software except where permitted by law.
• Introduce malware, viruses, ransomware, or malicious code.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data without written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Use the Services for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including:

• Software
• Source code
• Algorithms
• Artificial Intelligence models
• Databases
• Documentation
• Logos
• Trademarks
• Graphics
• Website content

remain the exclusive property of Shentho Treasury or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

The Services may integrate with third-party providers, including:

• Banks
• ERP systems
• Payment networks
• Cloud service providers
• Financial market data providers
• APIs

Shentho Treasury is not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party services.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information disclosed during the use of the Services and not to disclose such information except as required by law or with prior written consent.

Paid Services are subject to applicable subscription fees or other agreed pricing.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Fees are payable in advance.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Late payments may result in suspension of Services.
• Taxes, duties, and government levies are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shentho Treasury disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shentho Treasury shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of business
• Loss of revenue
• Loss of data
• Business interruption

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer to Shentho Treasury during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shentho Treasury, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable law.
• Your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Required by law.
• Necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Services.
• Subscription fees remain unpaid.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.
